EDITOR'S NOTE
The Mission of God-
Prepare & Declare

We in Evangelism Explosion must, by God’s grace, share the Gospel to every nation until every person has heard. Jesus’ last command to be His witnesses to the ends of the earth must truly be our first concern.

In order to keep this at the forefront of our ministry, we must adhere to some guiding principles established by our Founder and President, Dr. D. James Kennedy:

Spiritual Commitment: First things first—let us pray and be led by the power of the Holy Spirit. May avid, in-depth prayer find its home in your heart.

Love for Jesus’ Church: We must continue to train pastors and church leaders and send them back to their churches to equip their congregations and model personal evangelism. This is an interdenominational imperative. EE ministers to and through more than 400 denominations.

Love for Jesus and His Commands: If we love Christ, then we keep His commands to be fishers of men, even through great trials.

Love for the Lost: A genuine love for those people among us who do not know Christ is relational (friendship is crucial) and is passionate (their salvation drives us).

Commitment to Modeling: Evangelism is better caught
than taught.

Biblical Strategy: Because EE is biblically-based, it adapts to the culture of every nation.

Spiritual Multiplication: Trainers who train others to win people to Christ reproduces many times over.

If every one of the roughly one billion evangelical Christians learned to share their faith and could teach others to do the same, everyone on earth could hear the Good News. And that is our ultimate vision.
